We had such a great stay here and really enjoyed our time. The house was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, spacious, and perfect for our family vacation. The location was one of our favorite parts: close to the beach, restaurants, and shops, but still quiet and peaceful.We also loved the overall atmosphere of the house and the outdoor space, where we spent a lot of quality time together as a family.This was the perfect place for us to relax, unwind, and enjoy our vacation. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Anna Maria.

This house was the perfect escape! The beds and furniture were so comfortable. The kitchen didn't have a ton of utensils but we ended up going out most nights anyways. The pictures give a very accurate description and our group would absolutely return here. The location was in the middle of the island which was perfect for getting anywhere. Right off the main road that leads you anywhere on the island. The house and neighborhood was so quiet though.The communication was impeccable and could not have been smoother.

Flamingo Fling was amazing.  Plenty of space for 8 people.  Beautifully decorated. Convenient location walkable to the beach and marinas. Lots of fun stuff in the outdoor closet for the beach. In general, Coastal Chic was very responsive to all our needs! Would totally recommend.

We stayed at Flamingo Fling and had the absolute best time! The home is beautifully decorated with a fresh coastal vibe, and everything felt brand new and extremely clean. The beds were super comfortable, and we loved spending time by the pool soaking up the sunshine in such a quiet and relaxing neighborhood.My husband especially loved the mini putting green.  We all had a good laugh when a bird swooped down and grabbed one of his golf balls! Such a funny vacation memory.The location was perfect. We rented bikes for the week and were close to everything. The beach access was incredibly convenient, with free parking and even free golf cart parking spots nearby.We’ve stayed at many homes on Anna Maria Island over the years, and this was by far the best property management company we’ve dealt with. They took amazing care of us from start to finish and even provided discount codes for our rentals, which was such a thoughtful touch.Highly recommend Flamingo Fling for anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing, and well-managed island getaway!

The Flamingo Fling was a great spot for family spring break trip. The house has plenty of room and the flow of the space was really nice for both family together time and the ability to spread out and everyone have their own space  when we needed it. Nice with kids that pool is right out back door on same level as kitchen and visible from inside. The design and appointment is all high quality while the vibe still feels comfortable and functional. Everything was clean and fresh. The location is perfect in that it’s just past all the main commercial activity but close enough to run to the grocery store easily. Easy walk to beach. One block from trolley route. We had a lovely stay and this spot was a great find!
