First, I wanted to say that the property is in a beautiful location, and we were really looking forward to our stay.  I want to provide some feedback regarding the condition of the home upon our arrival. Unfortunately, the cleanliness didn’t meet our expectations. We noticed drink rings/stains on some of the tables, hair on the bedroom floors, and after wiping down a few surfaces ourselves, the wipes came away very grimy, which made it seem like the home hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned before check-in.  We also noticed what appears to be a leak in the living room ceiling.  Finally, the host was very responsable answering our concerns, and offered to sent the cleaning crew back to the house, but we had already cleaned at that time. The area is really nice and we enjoyed our stay, we will be back.

Wonderful stay on Anna Maria Island! The location was perfect — easy to get everywhere we wanted to go, and the home was comfortable and welcoming. The beds in particular were a highlight; we slept great every night. The pool was a lovely spot to relax.A couple of helpful tips for future guests: the house sits near the main public beach access, which can get a bit crowded, so we’d recommend using one of the quieter side-street access points nearby — still a great feature and an easy walk to the water. Publix is right across the street too, which made grab-and-go runs super convenient.

Our stay at La Isla Bonita was lovely.  We really enjoyed the location right across from the beach and easy access to the free trolley and Publix grocery store.  It was so nice to have 4 rooms with onsuite bathrooms for each of us as well.  Our host was very attentive.  There were a few things that needed addressing, such as getting our own gas for the grill, buying a few sharp knives as the ones provided couldn't even cut a tomoto and getting a new wagon that worked for the beach.  If you plan to cook a lot, which we did the kitchen has most of what you need but plan to get extra storage containers or ziplocks at the store. The pool area is nice but a little dated and needs some work.  Broken tiles around the pool, a broker umbrella etc. Overall the stay was great, the communication was excellent and the location is ideal.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay at La Isla Bonita. The location was excellent! It was a block and a half to Manatee Beach, where you wouldn’t want to park anyway because the lot is generally full. You need to cross one busy street but there are push button crosswalks so it’s safe. It’s also walkable to the grocery store Publix, which has everything you’ll need while you’re there. The house was clean and as described on the website. It had plenty of towels, including beach towels. I really appreciated the quality of the towels because at some places, few are provided and they’re thin. We will definitely book this house again if we visit Anna Maria Island.

We had a issue with the pool being out at the forst place we rented. By no fault of the Coastal Chick's. they were very responsive and worked with us to move to another property. We have really enjoyed our week in this house. The house has plenty of space and is decorated very nice.  The property also come with plenty of extras for the beach as well.  Being able to have the house with a pool and still easily able to walk to the beach or sit on the top balcony and watch the sunrise and sets was absolutely amazing.  Definitely recommend this home if your visiting the island.

My family and I had a wonderful vacation at La Isla Bonita. We loved how close to the beach it was and also how private it felt, tucked away in a little part of the neighborhood. It had everything we needed for the beach (chairs, wagon, sand toys, blanket, towels, etc) and even a few toys in the house. There was a bit of a hiccup with the washer, but they did what they could to assist us. We loved the pool and game room as well. It was perfect for our vacation and we would definitely recommend and stay here again.

House puts you right in the middle of the island.  House was clean and had all the necessary items that were needed to cook.  Lots of beach chairs and towels.  I would recommend and would stay there again.

Overall the house was great! Having 4 bedroom suites was wonderful! The house is a few minutes walk to the public beach and close to Publix!Very happy with the accommodations!

We had a wonderful vacation with my family! The house was beautiful, clean,  comfortable linens, mattress and pillows. Great location! Close to Manatee Beach. The family loved the pool! Great way to relax after a long day at beach. Only issue we had was the elevator did not work the whole week. They were unable to fix  it while we were there. So that made it difficult as it was one reason we selected this location. We managed without it the best we could. We would definitely stay here again.

The house is roomy and had plenty of space for everyone, including multiple eating spaces and nice outdoor areas, especially the breezy top floor porch with nice water and sunset views. It's truly a 5-minute max walk or 2-minute drive to a busy beach with amenities (cafe/outdoor showers/restrooms), or a 10- to 15-minute drive to the less-busy/fewer amenities beaches at the island's northern and southern ends. Also that same 2-minute drive to the grocery, two drug stores, and several restaurants.  While close to a main road, at the house and even outside it was strikingly quiet and serene. The pool was nice and the game room was great to have. My one suggestion would be the addition of a designated sand-wash-off spot/hose at the front of the house near the driveway.
