This was a super nice location with a great place to stay. The pictures do not do the condo justice! Fresh beach look with all the comforts of home! The location was very central, close to the beach and not far from most activities in the area! Our family enjoyed our stay!

We’ve stayed at the Harbor Inlet before and the location is superb. As for the actual unit, it was clean and very well stocked. We didn’t need to bring dish dishwashing liquid because what was given to start lasted all week and the garbage bags that were provided lasted as well. The most surprising thing was that the unit looked exactly like the photos on the website. It was spacious, contemporary, and very, very clean.The unit faced east so we had a wonderful morning sunrises and cool evenings. Our 22-year-old son and his two friends stayed a few nights in the room with bunkbeds and although we thought they were going to be like Vince Vaughan in Fred Claus, (legs hanging off the edge), they all fit very comfortably.Lastly, working with Coastal Chic Vacations was great. On Memorial Day the elevator didn’t work and we were on the fourth floor. We texted a message to alert them and by the afternoon it was working. That was an example of how responsive they were to our request.

We had a great time at Latitude adjustment.  It is conveniently located within walking and biking distance to Anna Maria Island and local natural preserves.  Kitchen is well equipped.  Bedrooms and bathrooms were squeakly clean and well suited for a family group.  The screened balcony offers a great view of sunrise with a small lake in the foreground and Robinson and Perico preserves in the distance.  The Floridays restaurant is closeby and offers good service and nice menu selections.  The provided bike and beach equipment was a nice addition.  The host was very responsive and easy to work with.  We recommend this very highly.

We received an email a week prior to our stay that the pool was closed, we received other pool options but they were too far so we did not utilize. The outside porch patio furniture cushions were mildewy, possibly moldy so we put them aside and didn’t sit on them. The remotes run the lights and fans throughout the house, bedroom one remote did not work. The elevator stopped working so we contacted management, was fixed same day, they were on it. We  only received one fob to gain access to property, was inconvenient but we figured it out as we had 7 people total and two vehicles. House was clean, beautiful property. Location of property was perfect. Would stay here again.

Coastal Chic was very easy to work with. Very responsive to a couple issues. This property has a grest location & was as described. My only dislike was not being able to check in early. My family and I loved staying at Latitude Adjustment! The place was clean and spacious and had everything we needed for both relaxing and staying in, and for a day at the beach! The location was perfect for us as it was a quick easy drive to get to the island and the beaches, and the beach locker was well stocked with everything we needed for beach days! In the mornings we could watch the sunrise from the peaceful patio overlooking the water, we ate some meals out there, and spent almost every evening relaxing there after the kids went to bed. The pool was a very close walk and the kids loved it - we spent quite a few afternoons there swimming. We loved our stay - It was exactly what our family needed! Beautiful top floor condo in a gated community. The unit was as described in the listing. Plenty of space for our family. A big plus was the storage room with all the items you’d need for a day at the beach. The management team that runs this property were great. They responded immediately with any questions or concerns. I did have an issue that I kept smelling a strong pet odor in the master bedroom. I think it was coming from the rug under the bed. I would suggest having it cleaned or replaced. My bad for not realizing that the unit is pet friendly. The one thing that was inconvenient was you have to get the gate key fob off site before you arrive. The entrance is unmanned and you can’t get in without it. We had a few issues getting in that box to get to another box for our unit. Also if you need more than one fob, let them know in advance so you don’t have to go back offsite to get it. The check in process and the key fob and gate were a bit confusing. The rest of the stay was outstanding. The condo is beautifuly laid out and convenient to everything. It's our second stay in the one particular harbour complex, we had a 2 bed last time this one was a 3 bed both great units. you're close to everything you need beach, shops etc, both apartments we've stayed in the been great.. We're already looking at our 3rd visit for October also SeaBreeze are absolutely great to work with, we highly recommend SeaBreeze and one particular harbour apartments.

We enjoyed our stay and would visit again. The condo was spacious and you could tell they put thought into making sure the space had everything you needed. From extra blankets to kitchen ware. The community was quiet and welcoming. We also appreciated the courtesy check-ins by the renters to see how our stay was going and if we needed anything.
