WE WILL BE BACK! This place was so beautiful and well taken care of. It fit our family of 5 perfectly and had everything we needed. Everyone we spoke to was so wonderful and friendly. The one thing I will note is the traffic was pretty insane to get accross the bridge or even back to the condo if we ran errands in the morning. That is clearly not the condos fault but it something to note if you want to go to Anna Maria everyday. We thought the pool was awesome everyday and the park and splash pad were a nice extra for our 3 young kids. We are already looking to plan our next visit! Thanks again!

We loved the condo, location, view from the balcony, pool and splash pad right out front, beaches nearby, local restaurants, and variety of entertainment available in the area.  And the Coastal Chic Vacations checkin, checkout and service during our stay were all excellent from beginning to end.  Just as it has been on all our earlier stays.

Lovely property on a lovely complex. Good location for the beaches only a short drive away. Nice touch having the beach chairs etc for our use. Condo was very clean and in great condition. Great communications with Coastal Chic vacations from booking to check out.

It’s our third year staying at this condo complex and won’t be our last. We love what we get for the price, the location, the pool, the beaches, all of it. It has become a family tradition. For a family of four staying a week, the spacious condo is perfect.

Great condo near Anna Maria Island.  We loved the pool, privacy, and spacious unit.  The complex was not busy during our stay which was a big plus.  The view from the balcony was amazing and we ended up relaxing inside more than we thought we would.  5 minutes from groceries and a quick drive to AMI.  I would stay here again.

The place is beautiful and very spacious with lots of storage throughout. I would recommend updating the cooking pots and pans but other than that everything else was great.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The property was clean and beautiful. We had starter supplies for everything (toilet paper paper towels trashbags soap etc.) It was very spacious and the beds were so comfortable. We would highly recommend. My only recommendation for the hosts is the buildings are a little hard to figure out at night. We were given the address but it's hard to see in the dark so if they would have given us the name on the front of our specific building it would have been much easier. Also our first night there we tried to go out and enjoy the lanai/patio area and two of the chairs felt very unstable. One of our guests sat back in one of them and the chair broke and fell backwards. Luckily he was not hurt. They responded quickly and sent someone out to look at the chair and remove it. However some of the dining chairs were also not looking so great either. So, if you stay just beware of some of the chairs, they need replaced.

We had an amazing time staying at this condo.  It was spotless, cozy, and had all the essentials for a relaxing getaway.  The location was ideal, making it easy to explore the area, and Manatee Beach was just a couple miles down the road.  The rental company provided a website that had a ton of information, including suggestions on things to do and where to eat while staying there.  They also provided the essentials for a day at the beach (chairs, umbrella etc).  They were quick to respond to inquiries and very helpful throughout our stay.  Highly recommend this place!

The condo was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and with a lovely view of both the pool and the bay. The location was ideal, just across the bridge from Anna Maria Island and close to Manatee Beach, along with other beautiful beaches further down the road. The host provided excellent recommendations for activities and dining, and was always responsive and friendly. I highly recommend this condo! This is our 3rd year in a row renting this condo and we rented for a month.  When it comes to the condo itself, we love all the space we have in the living area outside the bedrooms, the light pastel colors and coastal decorating style, the 2 big bedrooms, the comfy bed, the swimming pool right outside our building front door, and the big balcony with the great sunsets.  Then in terms of the location, we love the short hop to the various beaches on Anna Maria Island (even walkable to Holmes Beach), the nearby preserves for morning and evening walks, the convenience of being close to plenty of restaurants in each direction, and 2 Publix stores (one in each direction). We also enjoyed all the friendly people we met at the pool outfront, and with having stayed 30 days, the access to the Harbour Isle clubhouse and their bands, bar, pool and walks around the lake in the development. And last but not least, we appreciate the easy checkin and checkout and the warm communication and support we received from the Coastal Chic Vacations team throughout our stay. Bottom line — we can’t wait to come back again next year!

We had a great stay and loved spending nights on the screened in porch. Having a pool, splash pad and playground steps away was awesome! And we loved that there was a beach locker full of toys and gear. Definitely recommend this place.
