We had an amazing stay! The condo was absolutely beautiful, clean, and so well cared for. The neighborhood was peaceful, welcoming, and felt like a home away from home. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind.The hosts made everything so easy from the very beginning. Check-in was seamless, and their detailed instructions made finding and accessing the house stress-free. They truly thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, quiet place to vacation!

We had an amazing time! This place was spotless. The location was easy and convenient, short drive to the beaches. The pool was a little small and the water was very warm.  The only negative was getting the key and that would have been less annoying if we hadn’t spent 16 hours in the car and I had read the directions on how to get them beforehand. Would definitely stay here again

Overall, we had a very good stay. Somewhat difficult to find (location wise) and wasn’t a fan of having to go to another location to obtain key fob. Only other complaints were the constant beeping of the front gate which was very disruptive at times and the refrigerator ice and water machine (which I believe needs to be serviced). The positives were great communication. Clean and private home. Short walk to the pool. Beautiful scenery and nice amenities, especially for families. Not far from beach. We truly wish we could offer onsite pickup for even more convenience, but unfortunately the HOA does not allow it.We also appreciate you mentioning the refrigerator ice/water dispenser. Beautiful condo and grounds. This condo was beside the entry and exit which made it a little noisy with traffic flowing in and out and ringing with loud speaker for guests to come in and out as well. They quickly fixed the noisy exit gate when mentioned which helped but it wasn’t super peaceful on the deck due to traffic flow and guest checkin speaker. Other than that, this place was wonderful! Lots of space and convenience and the pool was lovely. The exercise room, game room and hot tub are not included with a week long stay just fyi. Location was great to go to and from Anna Maria island. Traffic can be crazy to get across the bridge but this is the first stop for residents heading into Bradenton and you can skip much of the long lines getting to and from. Minimal extras given so bring your own or purchase your own extra toilet paper and dishwasher pods. One dishwasher pod was provided. Loved the beach locker convenience with chairs umbrella and bikes. Despite having some trouble gaining entry to the condo (original code provided didn't work so we had to call for them to give us a back-up code), everything else was smooth sailing from there. The only negative was that we had to pick up the keys 10 minutes away from the property, which wasn't super convenient, but that was the only downside. The place was very clean and exactly as described. My kids loved the pool and splash pad and the beach, shops, and restaurants were super close by. (Just wouldn't recommend leaving for the beach at 10:30 like we did one day because we sat in a lot of traffic.)

The property was very nice, condo was open and roomy. My only recommendation is to have someone go through the beach locker as some of the items are very rusted and may need replacing.  Otherwise excellent location.  Very clean.

Love it! Everything about this place was perfect specially the location. The condo was sparkling clean. Not equipment with small/common kitchen goods like coffee or salt and pepper which I was very surprised but still loved it. Will definitely stay here again.

Location was amazing. The place was very clean and neat. Quiet, beds were very comfortable every room was big with lots of closets , having the washer and dryer in the unit was really nice. I do wish it said in the description that some small things like coffee or salt and pepper were not provided but besides that it was a perfect stay.  I would definitely stay here again
