  • placeHow do I book a property?
    1. Select a property under the "Rentals" section of this website.
    2. Fill out the Arrival Date and Departure Date in the form under the section "Verify Rates & Book" to see the availability.
    3. Fill out the number of Guests. The form will now show the total rate.
    4. Click on See Details if you'd like to see a breakdown of the rate.
    5. Fill out your First Name, Last Name, Email, and Phone and click "Book Now"
    6. A Quote and Booking Details will appear. Check the quote and make sure the details are correct. Click the button "Looks Good! Finish Booking" to finalize your reservation.
    7. A form to fill out your contact information will show. Fill it out and click Continue to Renter Agreement.
    8. The Renter Agreement will show up, read it thoroughly. Enter Your Name and click I Accept. Submit Payment. This will take you to the payment platform.
    9. Once the booking is paid you will instantly receive a confirmation email along with a copy of our Digital Welcome Book.

  • placeCan I get travel insurance for my trip?
    At Costal Chic Vacations, it is our responsibility to fulfill our contractual obligation of remitting rental payments to our property owners for any reserved time at their properties. For this reason, we strongly advise you to safeguard your trip. In collaboration with RentalGuardian and InsureStays, we have established partnerships to enhance protection for our owners and guests. When you proceed to checkout, you will be presented with two options for insuring your trip: Traditional travel insurance and CFAR (Cancel for any Reason) insurance.

    Traditional travel insurance: This fully reimburses the cost of the booking, if a covered event occurs that forces a guest to cancel the trip. These are things like being hospitalized. This can be purchased by citizens of almost any country. For more information on Traditional insurance click here.

    Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) insurance: This is what it sounds like - it pays out if a guest cancels a trip for any reason at all, even one that isn't covered. The catch is that it only pays out 60% of the costs if you don't have a covered reason. At the moment, this can be purchased only by U.S. citizens. For more information on CFAR insurance click here.
