This penthouse unit boast all new coastal elegant furnishings with a picturesque view of the Sunshine Skyway Bridge/Tampa Bay from both the screened lanai and primary bedroom. Located on the fourth floor, this unit features an open concept complete with full-size kitchen, eat-in breakfast bar and everything you'll need to make a quick snack or full-course meal. The living room features a flat-screen TV and large sliding glass doors that completely open the whole room to the enclosed lanai where you can relax after a long day in the sun or enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail. The primary bedroom is located in the rear of the condo and features a king-size bed, flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom. The two guests rooms are located at the front of the condo one features a king-size bed , flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom the other features a queen and twin bed with flat screen TV. But, that's not all! This unit also provides WiFi throughout, full-size washer/dryer and beach locker equipped with beach cart, beach chairs and beach umbrella.

These include the waterfront Beach Club with private pools, hot tub and beach, fully equipped fitness center, sky bar and restaurant, yoga lawn, and kayak launch. Two additional private pools and hot tub are also included. There is an exercise trail for morning jogs or leisurely sunset strolls along quiet waters of a large lagoon and lush landscaping throughout the community.

The condo's prime location offers easy access to the white sandy beaches and turquoise waters that make this area a top vacation destination.
