  This cozy and yet spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is perfect for four guests.
  
  The main enclosed balcony offers a view of the tennis court and is off the living room, making it the perfect expansion of your indoor space. The primary suite boasts access to this balcony, as well as its own private balcony. A third balcony off the dining space is yet another place for outdoor living.
  
  Outdoor activities in the community feature a large tennis court, heated pool with multiple adjustable chaise lounges as well as seating under the nearby pergola to enjoy a meal away from the sun. You’re also just moments from the sand and water of the Gulf with private beach access!
  
  Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare and serve a delicious home-cooked meal.
  
  The primary suite hosts a king bedroom, a wall-mounted flat screen TV and an en suite bath with shower stall with seat. The second bedroom hosts a bedroom set that can be converted from two twin beds to a single king-size bed at your request. The bedroom includes a wall-mounted flat screen TV keeps you entertained.

  * Elevated residence, Elevator available - Please keep in mind if the elevator becomes inoperable due to any reason, the stairs will be the only form of transportation to and from your unit.
  * No reservations for guests under 25 years old unless accompanied by someone over 25
  * Noise: Keep noise levels respectful during the day and night to maintain the peaceful enjoyment of the neighborhood
  * Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.
