* Elevated residence, Elevator available - Please keep in mind if the elevator becomes inoperable due to any reason, the stairs will be the only form of transportation to and from your unit.
* No reservations for guests under 25 years old unless accompanied by someone over 25
* Noise: Keep noise levels respectful during the day and night to maintain the peaceful enjoyment of the neighborhood
* Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.
