About a mile — a five-minute drive across the bridge. The closest Gulf beach is Manatee Public Beach, which has free parking and full amenities including a tiki bar and restaurant, and sits right next to the famous Skinny's burger joint. Holmes Beach and Bradenton Beach are just beyond it.

Coastal Chic Vacations' One Particular Harbour homes sleep between 5 and 7 guests. Two-bedroom condos sleep 5, and three-bedroom homes sleep up to 7. For groups of 8 or more, Coastal Chic also manages Anna Maria Island houses that sleep up to 8.

This is a secure, gated community requiring a fob for gate access. Fob pickup is available 24/7 at our location on Manatee Avenue, just off the island — so you skip the heavy island traffic other companies make guests fight through. The HOA does not permit on-site fob pickup.

Yes. The 304 Manatee Ave W bus (MCAT) runs free from Margaritaville to Manatee Public Beach, and the free Anna Maria Island trolley connects the rest of the island end to end.

Golf cart rental is not available from this property, and golf carts are not permitted to cross the bridge from the condo onto Anna Maria Island.

Baby equipment is not on site, but we partner with a baby gear rental company that supplies everything you need at a discount, with free delivery, setup, and pickup for your stay.

Stays of 30 nights or longer open up the full 23,000-square-foot Harbour Isle Beach Club: additional pools and hot tubs, the waterfront beach and beach club, a fitness centre, the sky bar and restaurant, a yoga lawn and kayak launch, and the waterfront walking trails along the lagoon.
